Second in charge- Manufacturing

Are you a hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing? We’re on the hunt for an experienced Leading Hand to help drive performance and efficiency on the factory floor in Tullamarine.

Monday-Friday 7am-3:06pm.

Full time permanent role $75-80k + super

About the Role:

Role:

• Lead, coach, and support a team of production workers and conduct training for new and existing staff
• Coordinate workflow to meet production targets and deadlines
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies
• Monitor product quality and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to optimise production

What you need:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
• Relevant trade qualification or equivalent beneficial but not mandatory
